  NEVER trust these people with your loved ones. They do not keep their word! My grandparents purchased a plot here in the 70s. Grandpa was buried in '81 and Grandma died a year ago in July 2008. She was cremated, so there was no need for a burial. Since her death, my Mother has made over 5 trips to this cemetery to make sure that they had added the date of her death in the space next to where Grandpa was buried. Her name and headstone are already there. The people at Arlington Park have always promised it will be done. It has never been done. They have repeatedly LIED to my Mother, saying they will add the date, and they repeatedly do not do so.

  This place should be investigated. Sad sad excuse for human beings. John who "helped" with my wife and father when her mother passed, should not be working in this industry . He gave them the run around about everything. He had her come in 5 times to sign paper work he kept messing up. After the last payment was made he came back and added bogus charges l. Needless to say the BBB will hear about this.

  My experience in the preparations, cremation and burial of my wife was impossible to do better. I had no experience in memorial services. The staff were experienced and professionsl. They recommended a reverend to help. They permitted me to design the ceremony as I thought it should be and then executed my wishes. My children as independent critics found the service to exceed their expectations.
  There are things to be done, ie. seeing the finished bronze plaque. But so far, I am pleased.
