  My wife and I have been members of this church since 2008. When we first moved to Jacksonville and visited the church, we were welcomed and befriended immediately. People who didn't even know us, helped us move and get settled. We were invited out to meals and connected with people in our stage of life. When we had our first son, the church rallied around us and provided us meals. Overall, we have had a great experience at this church and would highly recommend it to others.
  
  Pastor Joe usually preaches verse by verse through the Bible always pulling out interesting insights (in his quirky, intellectual, dry-humor, way), and the worship time is contemporary, but grounded in solid biblical truth. Children usually stay in the service during the worship, but are dismissed to children's ministry during the sermon. So far we have loved the way this church cares for our two boys and the care that the church leaders provide in this area.
  
  Overall, we have loved this church, and God has used these people to help us grow in our faith. For as long as we are in Jax, we plan to be at this church. Hope you consider coming to check us out.
