  I don't even know how long that sprinkler has been flooding the grave site because the ground I'd super soggy, that is unacceptable and disrespectful you do not treat the dead like that!!! That is something wrong and you people better get out here to fix it right now or tomorrow or I will go to the news

  It's a cemetery. Love it isn't exactly right since we visit loved ones who have passed. It is very beautiful.

  My grandparents have had a plot since 1978, they paid for marble "G"'s to be placed in the corners. We have had to continually call because the marble corners get hit with their mower and turn the letters or let them get so overgrown they're not visible, it's always been one or the other and a constant battle.

  On my recent visit to the Cemetery I found the reception to be very calloused and very unlearned about the cemetery itself. I last visited my mother's grave in August 1956 and he couldn't direct me to her burial site. Not only that I had never visited my grandmother's grave because she died while I was in another state so this was the first time i had come to see her final resting site. The man who DID help me was Jeremy a caretaker of the grounds who with a smile and just couldn't do enough for us helped me locate my mother and grandmother's grave in a matter of minutes. He really encouraged me. iI personally know that Dignity Memorial has a high standard of service but that was not the case with my visit to the gardens. Thank you Jeremy and crew. You deserve the highest commendation for your dedication and service to the folks who visit your grounds. It is hard to forget folks like you and equally hard to remember folks who act like they do not know or care about your needs.
